An antique victorian blue and white serving platter made by the Keeling Company in Staffordshire, in the Oxford design between 1892-1899. Made of ceramic and porcelain.
No chips or cracks, but there is some loss to hand applied gilding. Crazing is visible throughout; please check pictures.
