Plates
A vintage fruit-themed tea plate hand-painted with a brown and green colourway, in an octagon shape. Made in Staffordshire, England by J.H.Middleton & Co of Delphine Pottery Works. They were in business between 1889-1941. The art deco stylised backstamp indicates the piece was made in the 1930s or possibly 1920s.
Ideal as a spare or replacement to complete the tea set or as a standalone tea plate.
In excellent condition for a vintage item, without chips or cracks, just some fading to the hand-applied gilding. Please check pictures.
